Jumping Jacks

First, perform 5 jumping jacks on the ground/floor that is called as off jacks
Second, perform 5 jacks on the trampoline that is called as on jacks
And repeat this set at least 10 times, It will give you high endurance and strength.

1. Feet on the ground and hands-on trampoline.
2. Feet on the trampoline and hands-on ground.

OFF-ON Squats

First, perform 5 squats on ground and then 5 squats on trampoline mat and repeat 10 times this set.

Side to side Jump

As you were bouncing on the trampoline just you need to close your feet and start jumping on the left side then right side and in similar way you can jump forward and backward on the trampoline mat.

180 degree Jump

In this type of jump, you need to jump to see forward and just have a jump 180 degrees towards the right or towards left. And this will give you a very good feeling.


Trampoline burpees

This exercise is the most advanced form of exercise because it is a multi-joint exercise, This exercise engages most of the joints like shoulder, torso, knees, elbow, and ankle,
Do a pushup with hands-on trampoline and feet on the ground, now stand and jump to the trampoline mat not take a squat jump, After this take a 180 jump to the ground.

High Knees
